Flipside Wallets, LLC
warrants the hinge and locking mechanisms of your Flipside
Wallet™ to be free from mechanical defects. We
thoroughly test each unit before it is sent out. If your Flipside
Wallet™ fails to operate within 1 year of purchase, we will
repair or replace it at no charge. This warranty is limited to normal
wear with usage, and does not apply to cosmetic elements of the wallet,
such as the outer surface finish, the surfaces of the transparent
plastic compartments, or the surfaces of the anodized aluminum
components.
Flipside Wallets, LLC gives no warranties to claims of lost
or stolen items contained within the wallet. Flipside Wallets, LLC
reserves the right to determine an abused product and to refuse repair
or replacement. Attempting to tamper with or disassemble the product
will void the warranty.
RETURN
POLICY
If for any reason
you are dissatisfied with one of our wallets, or you
would like to make an exchange, we will either exchange or refund your
money within 14 days of receiving your order. We will not accept any
returns or exchanges after the 14 day period, or if the items have been
damaged or worn.
If you would like
to exchange or return an item you ordered, please
follow
the steps below:
1. Secure all
goods to be returned within the original packaging, with
your original invoice receipt.
2. Include a note
explaining the reason for the return or exchange, as
well as the new color/item you would like to exchange it for, if
applicable.

repair or replacement
under our warranty, or for a refund or
