If for any reason you are dissatisfied with one of our wallets, or you would like to make an exchange, we will either make an exchange or refund your money within 30 days of receiving your order. We will not accept a damaged wallet back, or any returns or exchanges after the 30 day period, or if the items have been slightly worn or scratched. Please note that original shipping charges cannot be refunded.

If you would like an exchange or return an item you ordered, please follow the steps below:

1. Secure all goods to be returned within the original packaging, or similar small bubble mailer.

2. You MUST include in your package a copy of the original order confirmation email WITH order number on it.

3 .Include a note explaining the reason for the return or exchange, as well as the new color/item you would like to exchange it for, if applicable.
