WARRANTIES
You can view the different warranties here as well as their coverage. Currently, only our wallets carry a warranty with them (not our accessories).
To send an item to us under warranty for repair or replacement, please do the following:
1. Include a brief note explaining what is wrong with the wallet.
2. Include on the note your return shipping address.
3. Ship the wallet to us via US Postal Service ONLY to:

Flipside Wallets, LLC warrants the hinge and locking mechanisms of your Flipside® 4 Wallet to be free from mechanical defects. We thoroughly test each unit before it is sent out. If your Flipside fails to operate within 2 years of purchase, we will repair or replace it at no charge. This warranty is limited to normal wear with usage, and does not apply to cosmetic elements of the wallet, such as the outer surface finish or the surfaces of the anodized aluminum components. If a wallet is unable to be repaired and an entire replacement is needed, only 1 replacement maximum can be sent to a customer within the warranty period. Accessories we sell on our site do not carry a warranty.
Flipside Wallets, LLC gives no warranties to claims of lost or stolen items contained within the wallet. Flipside Wallets, LLC also reserves the right to determine an abused product and to refuse repair or replacement. Attempting to tamper with or disassemble the product will void the warranty indefinitely.

This warranty is limited to normal wear with usage, and does not apply to cosmetic elements of the wallet, such as the outer surface finish or the surfaces of the anodized aluminum components.
